Whenever I see this collection I hear the City and Color song- “I'm coming home” replay over and over in my head. This beauty who has traveled the world, seen amazing sites, but at the end of the day all she wants to do is come home to love.
Maybe it's the adorable suitcase or the way she hides an amazing bedroom set under her dress, just to find herself alone, looking out a window over the world.
Mindy did a wonderful job portraying that longing feeling here- even down to the way she holds her lips. And don't even get me started on how perfect that dress fits her!
To me, she takes me back to a time of war, to a time where women dressed with sophistication and class even in the home while cleaning, to a time where things were more secretive and seductive then in your face and over the top.
