2014 was an amazing, wonderful, down right spectacular year for AJBC Photography. You know why?
Because of all the beautiful 75 faces you see here (I'm missing a few for the ladies who wanted to stay private.)
Beauty, Boudoir, Families, Kids, Seniors, Weddings, Destination Weddings, Animals, Fitness, Commercial, Events, Products. All in 1 year. All because these amazing people believed in what I could create for them, what we could create together.
It blows my mind seeing everything and everyone together in 1 box. My (almost) whole year in recap. From the first tiny square to the last, ever experience, every session, every client, every new friend I made, every moment we captured, it has changed me, it has shaped me, it's now a documented piece of history. I can not wait for 2015 and I can't thank you all enough for filling each and every square here.

Marysville High School Senior, Port Huron, Michigan Photographer, Lexington Background. Phew. We're breaking down city barriers on this one. LOL!
Mom said Devon didn't want his Senior pictures done. I didn't believe it... that's just a guy being a guy. It's easy for a girl to say she wants to have a model day, but for guys that feels weird. I told her, trust me, we'll have him loving his portraits and the experience by the time we are done, and I stayed true to my word. I truly believe guys should have the same custom treatment as girls, that we don't have to go all out crazy with a 6 piece wardrobe set and hair and makeup to still do something they will love and enjoy. Here's proof of that.
"Just me and my horse." That's what Danielle said she wanted when she booked with me. No fake frills, no crazy poses, just her out in a field by her house, loving on her baby- Secretly Branded.
I just LOVE how this session turned out. We had to shoot in the rain and it was totally worth it. The colors, the mood, the feel... it's all breathtaking. I love how the trees in the filed almost make us look like we are someplace with mountains too. *sigh* Perfection. Both of them. All of it.
I've always wanted to photograph a girl and her horse and this was totally worth the wait.

These Marysville High School Seniors, they have been keeping this Port Huron photographer BUSY!! SO this guy- he's pulling off the traditional look in that amazing sweater and tie AND the true bad ass look (sorry, couldn't think of a more appropriate word!) with his red hot convertible Mustang! I love all his looks. Don't overlook the sharp blue Adidas kick either!
Another fun note- some of the session was shot at Memories Manor in St. Clair, which his mom and dad run and own. It's a beautiful, historic, 3 story mansion that runs as a scrapbooking, women's get away, bed and breakfast (look it up- it will take your breath away!)
