You first met this fun, adorable couple during their snowy engagement session that we shot at their home back in January. Now meet them again as a married couple on their wedding day. 
A lot of couples "connect", of course, that's why they are getting married, but these two, I don't know, there's just something extra cute about them and they way they jive together. Maybe it's how Zack forcefully picks Jen up out of the blue when she least expects it, or maybe it's how she smiles so big her nose crinkles up in the cutest way every time he says something goofy. The fact that she's super gorgeous and he's so handsome but they are just such happy, positive people also makes it easy to be around them. 
It's obvious why we were so happy to be a part of their big day, which from beginning to end, was beautiful. 
The day started out with makeup and cowboy boots and ended with glow sticks and techno. I feel like that's a success in itself as well.

I can not believe I didn't share these last year! I have kept some of the most beautiful pictures private for far too long!!
This little girl is a teen model trapped in a 4 year old's body, I swear! She rocks! 
I want to steal her hair and her clothes.

Vintage Fashion in Lexington Michigan- by AJBC Photography Wedding

I can't get over how amazing this couple looked when we photographed them for this Wedding collection in Lexington, Michigan. Lake Huron made a beautiful backdrop, as did the amazing mint green classic car we were so lucky to be able to use, along with the downtown buildings.
Going to a small town that's used a lot for sessions and finding small, unique corners of the world to shoot so YOUR collection looks 100% unique is what we love to do. Because every bride and groom is unique and deserve that.
And just to repeat myself, I can't believe how amazing these two looked! I feel like we literally ripped them right out of a magazine. SO happy we got to work with them!!

As ridiculous as this series appears, I love it. I personally don't use alcohol to cope with life, and I don't find myself depressed (regardless of if my art makes me look like a hot mess, haha!) but I can imagine the haziness depicted in these images is what that would feel like. 
I urge you to watch the video to make sense of all this. I enjoyed this song but was totally blown away by the video. So simple yet so powerful. And Maddie Ziegler is downright brilliant! 
I chose to do this series out of focus because you don't need my face to understand what the individual might be going through. You just need the movement. Of course I had to play up the hair, because that IS Sia. That's all Sia is, which is even more cool. Which brings me back again to- It's not about the artist or the specific person, it's about the story.
